An Introduction to Big Al

Hi, I'm Big Al, this was me with my beautiful wife, the year we got married, 20 years this year!  We have two amazing sons, both at catering college, my family are at the heart of what I do, and my inspiration to succeed.

Had previously been working as a Crane Driver for many years until being made redundant, a job I loved but I also love cooking so decided to take the opportunity for a complete change.

I hope you like what you see but we are more than happy to take on board any suggestions you may have for additions to the menu.
