An Introduction to Big Al

Hi, I'm Big Al, this is me in the flesh, relaxing on holiday (hence the unshaven look) which I enjoyed with my two amazing sons, both training to become chefs and my beautiful wife, the brains behind this outfit, all of whom are at the heart of what I do, and my inspiration to succeed.

Had previously been working as a Crane Drive for many years until being made redundant, a job I loved but I also love cooking so decided to take the opportunity for a complete change.
